Dosing & Preparation
Mix 30g (about 3 tablespoons) of Whey Protein with 300ml water or low-fat milk. First, add the liquid to the shaker. Then add one serving of Whey Protein powder and shake well for 20-30 seconds. For optimal results drink 1-3 servings daily directly post-workout or in the morning.
Our Whey Tip
The protein elements of whey are metabolised very quickly, which is why you should drink a shake right after training. If you are interested in the complete package of an all-round supply for your muscles, you could add the 3K Protein supplement as well. Your benefit: you can use Whey Protein for an optimised nutrient supply directly after training. 3K Protein is best to take after an evening workout or right before bed. The casein content slows down the protein consumption, which ensures a nutrient supply and repair processes for your muscles all night while you sleep – muscle mass breakdown is prevented.

Enhances the flavor of all my smoothies and recipes :)
Great protein powder with great taste
I thoroughly enjoyed this protein powder. It is quite sweet, but exactly what I expected from a "cookies and cream" flavour. It mixed well (the foodspring shaker cup has an excellent design) and was an enjoyable drink.
Easy to use and taste full
Nice taste but avoid to use it with sweet drinks
The flavour is really good and the pullver is easy to disolved, I tried with normal and coconut drink but it tasted too sweet so I use it with sugar free soy milk, I also use it as flavour for cakes and cookies when I made them.
This is my favourite product from Foodspring, either with soy milk or normal one, taste is excellent and the pullver really gets disolved in the drink.
I use it after cycling workouts. Pre meal.
I chose chocolate taste and I think the best combination is with coconut milk sugar free. Excellent !
Best tasting protein on market
WHEY PROTEIN VANILLA
I love it !
Good but with a weird taste?
I got the chocolate peanut butter flavour as I've found with most protein powders this is reasonably reliable and my favourite flavour, however, there seems to be a strange taste to the protein powder - probably from sweeteners used? Either way, I'm quite dissapointed. I got the 750g tub to last me a while and i'm not really enjoying the flavour so I'm going to have to find ways to make it taste a bit nicer.
Outside of this though, the texture and blendability (is that a word) is really good - probably the best I've seen from a protein powder for a while. I use unsweetened soya milk to blend with it, but I may mix this up to try and alleviate the weird perfume-y taste from the peanut flavour.
I will probably buy again, but get the vanilla or plain chocolate flavour.
gummy without taste
these are the worst protein pancakes I have ever tasted. they taste of absolutely nothing and very gummy. had been looking forward to tasting it.
Whey protein is known for being readily available to the body and for its high essential amino acid content. These advantages make it the ideal protein after the physical strain of strength or endurance training. A supply of protein building blocks is important to accelerate protein synthesis, thus stimulating anabolic (muscle building) processes in the body. Whey Protein is gluten free by nature. Due to production factors, the product may contain traces of gluten.
Whey Protein by foodspring uses high-quality milk from predominantly plant-fed cows living in wide fields as a raw material base. Not only is this grazing technique good for the well-being of the cow, it also plays a role in the quality of the milk. Compared to milk from cows kept in stables, milk from grass-fed cows contains more linoleic acid and also a higher proportion of omega-3 fatty acids.
Cheap whey proteins tend to come from milk produced by factory farming. Despite strict food regulations, questionable residues can sometimes be detected in the milk as a result of contaminated animal feed. These can be transmitted to humans through food and can harm the body. Any unnecessary strain on the body has a negative impact on efficiency and muscle building in the long term.
Whey Protein is especially suited to muscle building and muscle maintenance for strength and endurance training. It is best used directly after physical exertion. Moreover, Whey Protein can be used to offset nutrient deficiencies caused by insufficient protein intake.
The Stevia plant offers the opportunity to create a highly valuable sweetener, the steviol glycosides, that offer more than just a sweet taste. Steviol glycosides are purified extracts of the stevia plant. They make it possible to avoid unnecessary carbs and do not effect the calorie count. This makes steviol glycosides far superior to traditional industrially-produced sugar.
We are strongly opposed to the use of aspartame as a sweetener in all of our proteins. There have been numerous studies about the potential negative health effects of aspartame. Although current studies indicate that aspartame consumed in small quantities is not dangerous, we prefer to use other sweeteners in our products.
